Monday CLOSED
Tuesday - Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm, February through November
Saturday 10:00am - 4:00pm, end of January through beginning of December (except during Evening Hayride program days in July)
Sunday

Noon - 4:00pm, April through November

The farm is closed on Mercer County holidays.

Directions:
For GPS users: For the entrance to the farm, use the address "70 Wooden's Lane, Hopewell Township, NJ 08530" rather than the Hunter Road address in order to locate the proper entrance to the farm.

Food:
Lunch and snack foods are available for purchase during Saturday programs between 11:00am and 3:00pm. No food is available on Sundays or weekdays. Picnic tables are available by the visitor center.

 

Gift Shop:
Farm related items may be purchased at the gift shop in the visitor's center. Gift shop purchases help support the farm programs.

 

Cost:
Free admission & parking.  
Prices for the children's crafts can be found on the calendar of events.  
Prices for the corn maze, school programs, and farm life programs can be found on their detailed pages.   
There is a charge for hay rides when they are not part of the Saturday program. 
There is a suggested donation posted for Friday evening programs.

 

Prohibited:
Dogs, fires, alcohol, feeding animals

Howell Farm is owned by the County of Mercer and operated by the Mercer County Park Commission with the support and assistance of The Friends of Howell Living History Farm. The farm is an educational facility open to the public that preserves and interprets farming life and processes from the era of 1890-1910. Howell Farm is a proud member of the Association for Living History, Farm and Agricultural Museums (ALHFAM).
